The user expressly agrees that ClasJobs will not be responsible for the following:

2. The use of Job Listings/Education and/or Certification is entirely the user’s responsibility.
3. Any relationship or transaction conducted by third parties.
ClasJobs agrees to be responsible for the following:
1. Delivering the service by the agreed-upon date.
2. ClasJobs will provide the services purchased through our website, whether a package with multiple services or a single service, according to availability, which must be checked prior to purchase.
3. ClasJobs is responsible for hosting and making the purchased service available.
Payment for services is made directly on the specific page of our website and/or app, using the payment method chosen by the customer. Payments are recurring; if the customer opts for credit card payment, the amount corresponding to the chosen service will be automatically charged to the registered card each month. If payment is made via bank transfer, an invoice will be sent monthly to the registered email based on the contracted service.
ClasJobs will list public job openings for our users. ClasJobs aims to share publicly available information online and is NOT responsible for any issues in the selection process. If the user notices any suspicious behavior, they should cease contact immediately and inform the ClasJobs team via email at support@clasjobs.com.
ClasJobs offers certification courses for our users. All courses are privately owned and are not associated with other users or employers. In the “Education” section, users can obtain certifications. These certifications are not linked to job openings and do not guarantee employability during or after completion.
